This is just a shot in the dark but...............have you checked to ensure that the transfer roller is making proper contact? have you tried adjusting transfer bias ? if there is a component failure it will normally throw a code, many of which may be a level 3 only detectable in sp service-error printout.Comment

Get an ohmmeter and measure continuity from the transfer roller contacts on the rear of the door to the transfer roller.Don't take that toner with me!Comment
