2045 fax option

Customer moved the machine to a different part of the room now there is no dial tone at copier. I tried a different phone and the line is ok . Is there a reset procedure or is the fax board fried.

Likely just pulled the connector on the board by moving the unit while plugged in, it may be reparable, otherwise you could do a memory clear for the 'Fax Application', not the full NVRAM.

Try to resolder the contact to the line socket on the NCU board.
