    MP5000 web end reset

    Hi all
I'm a tad confused here..... I replaced a web unit in a MP5000 earlier, as the web had completely run out. Usual practise here is to swap it out with a unit we rebuild in the shop. Everything went swimmingly, and the machine works fine. The only problem is I can't reset the little messege on the screen.....? I reset 7-806-008 as recommended in the manual and reset the usage count in 1-902-001 to 0..... But I can't get that messege to clear.... I think I recall a previous occasion where I struggled to clear that sucker. I think it's possible my brain is opperating in dim mode, must be the nice weather out there....

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks

What barratec said. Resetting the web PM counter via SP7804-005 usually does the trick for me.

IIRC, there was a firmware update in regards to this matter as well. Might want to check your level and update accordingly.
