    Scan to folder in MP2000.

    Hi people,

    I have a MP2000 and I cannot scan to folder in windows Seven, I have done everything and don't work.
    However I try in a MPC2500 and worked at first. The settings are exactly the same way.

    In XP work's fine.

    Anyone can help me.

      I'm having the same problem on Windows Server 2008 which basically is the same operating system. I have two customers that can't scan to folder, one MPC3500 and one MPC2800. I haven't figured out what the problem is yet, let alone the solution.

      First off, update firmware to at least eliminate one possibility.
      Also make sure folder sharing is enabled in the network and sharing center, and that advanced sharing allows your MPC to write to the folder. But if you had an MPC2500 work on this system I guess you've covered this already.

          Hi,

          I already fix the problem with updating the firmware.

          Exist a tecnical bulletin with this problem. Firmware fix the scan to folder in Windows Seven en Server 2008.
