    Ricoh 171 Configuring received faxes to automatically send to network folder.

    Can someone tell me how to set up a 171 to send received faxes to a Network Folder, automatically? Thanks for your help.

    must have Scan to Folder setup the the folder in question. Folder is on Network already right?

      Yes, I already have scans going to a network folder. Just cannot figure out how to get the incoming faxes sent to a folder. Thanks.

        First you have to set up the folder you want to scan to as a destination. After that is working, turn on fax forwarding and select the folder as the forward location. Then turn off the printing of faxes.
        the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

          Once the fax is set up and a folder destination is set in the address book, turn on fax forwarding. (User Tools, fax features, reception settings, fax forwarding.) Then set the address book entry as the destination.
