Service pricing on 3228c

I deal with mostly non-profits. I have one customer who wants to start a business and asked me how much I would charge for service on a 3228c.

I asked on around and some guys are charging ~$450/quarter for 30K b&w/quarter and billing color quarterly at .085.

That seems high to me. But it may be reasonable considering the toner never lasts the 9K or 19K.
