Aficio 2238 black toner blasting

I change the OPC and developer units and after 80 - 100 prints black toner blasting appears again.
black toner replaced. Any suggestions ?

Is the customer using genuine Ricoh toner, using 3rd party toners can cause all kinds of CQ issues. Also I have had issues with developers clutches in this machine. What kind of volume has the machine done.
