    Aficio 1224C Transfer Belt

Do I need to replace the whole PCU Unit (B0512210) because of a damaged transfer belt? Or is there a PN for the TB that I can't find?

    Cheers!

No, you need to jack up the serial number and put a new machine under it. (AFAIK)

Aye, new PCU as the previous gentlemen have mentioned. Try and slide a grenade in there too.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

Nothing is quite as satisfying as filling the trays with paper soaked in Diesel fuel and lighting it on fire... you can almost hear the gremlins scream for mercy.

At one time it was possible to get the transfer section and cleaning sections separate, but they cost more than a whole PCU.

I see you guys love that model - I cant say I'm surprised, the first time I saw its insides, I kind of had the surge to slam the door shut and tell the customer "Sorry, we don't service turds".

Any way, thanks for the kind feedback - reps to all of you.

They are a pile of crap - when the newer version 3224c came out, the phrase 'You can't polish a turd' immediately sprang to mind.
