mp4000 intermitent jamming in interchange unit

hi to all,

i have a problem in mp4000 intermitent jamming in interchange unit , in 1 day 2 to 4x jam in interchange unit , , i changed the interchange unit & fusing unit , clean all paper feed sensor , registration sensor , but the problem still the same, any body can help me .

Does the machine have a finisher fitted? If yes, check for Power On jams on the SMC list, remove ,clean and adjust the bridge unit door switches.
