Password overide.......

MPC3500...just Curouis to know if its possible to overide a Password on print jobs ?? Have a customer that forgot her password and now there's Prints laying in the "lockprints" for a few months now.....yeah she's BLOND..!!
is it possible to retreive the print jobs ??

Do not know of retrieving, but you can delete them

Of course - the same as in the movies - any password can be bypassed by typing 'OVERRIDE'

True, an easy way is to login as admin to the WIM and delete them there.

As teebee1234 said you can login remotely with WIM and delete the files. If Administrator Authentication is enabled, login as the File Administrator and you can change the password or delete the file. Additonally you can set user tools to automatically to delete files (doc server/ locked print etc) older than a specifc number of days to prevent the relevant HDD partition becoming full.
