I have an mpc4500 display that keeps needing to be calibrated .The fault only seems to
happens once the machine is powered off . Anyone experienced this fault.
There is a tech bulletin that addresses this. A large number of touchscreens have defective contacts where the ribbon cable adheres to the screen. If you work for an authorized dealer you should have received those gratis for the field implementation program. If you need to order one, the part number is B2239900.

Here's the bulletin with the info. Please note that part #B2239900 is only for reference for the no charge part that they send out , you can't order that (I posted that number from one I had in my inventory). B2231484 is what you order as a spare part. Sorry for the mix up.
