LD275c Scan to Folder quit working

Recently had a LD275c on the customer's network with a working scan to folder. Updated BICU firmware and customer called back the next day and said they couldn't scan. Went back and was unable to browse to folder, but was able to browse other folders as well as scanning to folder via crossover. Two other machines scan to the same folder. Was able to go in and browse directly to folder from the two working machines. Reloaded firmware on the LD275c and did memory clear on NCS, scanner, network. No luck. Problem seems to isolated to the one machine. running out of ideas and I suspect I will need to downgrade the machine's firmware.

    Anyone ever run into this?

So you just cannot browse to this one folder anymore right? BUT Other Copiers on Sight can? I you can scan to crossover and to other destinations seems like the addressbook entry for that Scan destination is buggered. maybe reprogram it?

I thought about that, but would it prevent any new entries from accessing that folder as well?

ok I'm confused and it is early, but I think I was saying why don't you DELETE the QuickDial Program on the Copier and reprogram that location.
