Ricoh Aficio 3506/E7000 to MAC Printing Issues

Client was originally attached to a PC but has since moved to a MAC environment. but can no longer print directly from any application software. All printing now has to be routed through the Command Workstation software on the Mac which is labor intensive since it all has to be sent to the command workstation before sending the print command. Client wants to know if this is a MAC specific problem or if he can go back to working directly from the software print command. Any input would be helpful as I am predominantly a PC savvy tech with almost no exposure to Macs
    Thanks in advance

Did you load the mac drivers on the workstations or server?
Is it going through TCP IP or appletalk?
I hate macs because they are so different to configure.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Drivers are loaded on the workstation running TCP/IP
