    mpc 4500 default PDF

    i have a custmer who is trying to default their scanning to pdf rather than TIFF. i have tried going into user tools and the administration and one of the settings is on level 2 and wont let me allow me to get into it. how can i get about with this?

      Set the panel to the settings you want, go to the program button (next to the Yellow clear modes key) and within there press program defaults key.
