    Ricoh 2045 ( not e) Document server question

    We have a customer with many scanned and printed images stored on their document server, We would like to take these off this machine (download to pc) and them upload them to a 2045e.

    I can not find any reference to a file format converter for this machine, but unlike the 1035, it does not allow you download then from web image monitor or extender features of desktop binder.

    Does anybody know how to get the files off this machine to pc?

    Your help is much appreciated.
    Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

      Not aware that is was possible. We have had customers reprint them and put them in the Doc Server of the new machines.

          As Vulkor said, I don't think it is possible to get them to a PC directly. You will likely be forced to print them off and rescan into the new machine.
