    [Jamming] Ricoh MP2550 Bypass

    I have a Ricoh MP2550 thats giving me bypass issues. When running legal, it will jam every time unless you push # and tell it legal. If you set it for legal through user tools it jams every time. 8 1/2 x 11 runs perfect either way. Checked sensor input but the service manual doesnt give a table with what the
    1's or 0's mean.
    Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas.

      What happens if you set the bypass tray size in User Tools to Auto Detect?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          The user tools setting is for print mode. The bypass will not auto detect legal.

              If i set it to auto detect it still jams but only with the 8 1/2 x 14. 8 1/2 x 11 works perfect. There has to be something im missing other than the one strand of hair left on my head that i havent pulled out yet.
