The copier says that there is an error with the finisher and gives an SC792 error code. The only problem is there isn't a finisher attached to the copier. Why would the machine be saying this and how can I reset the code? Any help appreciated, thank you.

You have the bridge unit still on ...you have to remove it then it wont have a 792 code

I think SC792 is displayed when there is a bridge unit and no finisher. The machine is expecting to see a finisher connected to the bridge unit. Remove the bridge unit and the code should go.
