    Problem with MPc2500

    Good morning to all,
I have a problem printing a color image into a .doc file on a MP C2500 as you can see in the attached file:

    http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/4...3657000013.jpg

When I print the same image in B/W I have no problem. Printing other color images there is no problem.
I printed the same image with a MP C2800 and the result was ok either in color or B/W.
    Thanks for your help.
    Best regards

I have seen this before. The one thing that i did was to open the CYAN DV-box *in your case*, and sort of like used a credit card to chop lumps and remove dust.
In some cases it works, but if it dont, you prolly need to change the DV or the whole DV-Box.

Im not 100% that i can be the DV, but you can always try.

    Best Regards

yeah, do sky shots of each colour - yellow, magenta, and cyan - to work out with dev unit has the deletion lines then vac out the dev and replace it.
