Af MP 161 spf scanning error

Hi to all,

36581 cannot locate the scanner error.i already off the firewall and disable the anti virus.any idea plss

Check the setting in SP5-907 Plug&Play name.
List of names contain name for GW and GDI models.
Maybe there setting incorrect.
