    [Misc] Aficio 470w (whale) ratio plotbase issue

    One of our customer is having Aficio 470W m/c. Recently they had changed the plotbase server and they lost the license activation key. Currently the web site mentioned in the license key card is not working and the email address is also no reply. is there any alternate software or any alternate way to activate the software? Thanks in advance.

      It's my understanding Ratio is no longer going to support the external controllers. I am unaware of any alternate registration methods.

          Ratio went to the wall last month and it is not possible to get activation keys any more as far as I know.
