    Mp 3500g (b291) touch panel

    I've got a MP 3500G with an unresponsive touch panel. Will not calibrate. I don't know if this was one on the list of Ricohs bad touch panels. I would like to do a firmware update before I order one. If anyone has a couple of minutes, could you send me the B291 firmware? Thanks, all.

              Yes, this is one of the models with the faulty touch panels. The "no charge" part # is H3109900. You can't order that as a part, they are shipped to service locations automatically. The standard part # is H3106173.
