[Error Code] Service codes SC 870- blinking, later on ends up with SC 819. any solution?

Hello Smarties, Can anyone has a real Solution?
I am facing problems with Service codes SC 870 blinking initially and after some copies it ends up with SC 819 for Nashuatec MP4000B series and MP 2550B machines.
Service manuals first guides to clear Address Book Errors and finally tells to replace the Controller Board. Is there any other genuine solution? Even though there is no hard disk installed Machine Misdetects Address book error.
Ricoh Engineers only has the answer: to follow the correct turning off machine procedure.
But if there are numerous Users operating machine, so sometimes it is hard to educate all the users. Besides this is just a preventive measure to avoid such code.

But do they have solution other than replacing Controller board?

No, there is no other solution other than to replace the controller board. Charge the customer for the blown board, and insist they train users to shut the machine down correctly, or every blown part caused by their utter stupidity is chargeable. And no, it isn't just a "preventative measure". Not powering off the machine correctly is what causes these codes. All the controller boards I've replaced have been in customers where brains are optional.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.
