Dear All,
today have a problem with the MACs (OS 10.6) with Aficio 2238C which with PS CD Card option, intstall the MACs driver download from Ricoh WEB site.
The 2238c can print out..... But no A3 paper size can be selected which the customer need it the most.
what when wrong on the installation, the driver or the copier.
