    SPC820DN A3 Double Count

    Stupid Question

To switch A3 Doublle count on, on a SPC820DN is SP5104. There is no such SP in normal SP login. So it must be in Special Service Program. How do you enter the SSP?

          To enter SP

          1. Push the up arrow key and down key together for 5 seconds or more.
          2. Push the enter key. The message “SYSTEM ver X.XX” is shown (where X.XX
          is the firmware version).

              yes.

Then you have: service, engine and end

              You chose engine
after you search sp 5 and after the 104

Maybe if you go into the SP modes the other way the option will be there:

                  If the printer is "OFF":
                  1. Press and hold down [Online] and [Escape], and then switch the printer on.
                  2. Release the buttons when you see “1. Service” in the LCD.
