Scanrouter V2 lite and Ricoh Aficio 2020

    Hi, I need your help
I have a ricoh 2020 working as a twain scanner and I need to scan to a folder, and like many times before I install the scanrouter v2 lite.
The problem is that the ricon dont load the destinations, when I chek the delivery server ip adress it says 127.0.0.1, and if I put the ip of the scanrouter's pc (192.168.0.1) is like load the list but not show any destination, and when I go to the user tools -> scan and I try to reload the destination list, it never ends.
What can I do? I change the pc, and even use a laptop with a crossover to the ricoh, the firewalls are down and port 3670 open.
    Thanks
    Pablo
pd: sorry for my english, is a little rusty

What OS are you running on the server? XP is the last supported OS. The 127.0.0.1 is the loopback address, it appears that the server was selected as the I/O device. What happens when you open the ScanRouter and select 'add I/O device'? It should see the 2020 if it's on the same network and automatically populate the server address into the Ricoh. You might want to try a fresh install and start over.

the OS is windows Xp, and I try a fresh install 2 times, and the last one was in a laptop with a crossover cable.
When I add the I/O device the Scanrouter set automatically the delivery add to 127.0.0.1 in the 2020 instead of 192.168.0.1 and display that cannot refresh the destinations, but if I change the delivery add in the sp mode, its like it load the list but dont show nothing, anf if I try to reload the list, from user tools -> scan options, it never ends.

If you are using Crossover Cable you do not have access to a DHCP Server to assign your Laptop an IP Address. Set a Static IP in the same range as what the 2020 will have. 127.0.0.1 is your pc's loopback address. You mention a class C of 192.168.0.1 and this is usually the gateway address of a Router and also not a Valid Address.

I never say that I use a dhcp server, I allways use fixed ips.
the ip 192.168.0.1 is a valid ip address, you can use it for any device, even a printer.
If you use a crossover cable and the ips are in the same range, you can use the ip that you want. (192.168.0.XXX) 1<xxx<255

I was having the same problem with a Lanier LD122 and found the fix.

Change SP 5845 to your Delivery Server IP address.

Reboot copier, refresh delivery server address book and all should be well.
