    2510 in a loop

Help I was trying to set user codes and I enabled a setting and it wont let me do any thing . I can login as
supervisor with password as a password but when I try do do any thing else it says I dont have authority
for this function and when I go to user tools it also says I dont have authority for this function. Is there a memory clear setting which resets these control settings to factory default . Help this is urgent .

The only thing you can do as "supervisor" is to reset the admin un and password. (admin and no password)

You probably didn't set permissions for the user code, or you changed the administrator code instead of the user code. Once you enter a user code in the address book you need to enter all of the functions the code lets you control.
Since User Tools also don't work, it sounds like the administrator code has been changed. Try logging in as supervisor and creating a new administrator account with full permissions.

Unless someone has changed it, it is "supervisor" with NO password. Log in with that, go to system settings then Program Administrator Mgt. Change administrator 1 to admin and no password
