    Ricoh 3030 user codes

    I am in the process of setting up user codes . when I register a name and then go to auth info the top of the screen does not display the fields where i am supposed to enter the user code . What am I doing wrong ?

      i think that screen is on the next page. you should see the next page icon on the name field page.

          Use the web image monitor addres book to set them up, it is much easier.
          Why do they call it common sense?

          If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
