Just because can ping all those servers doesn't always mean it is right. I had a customer I took all their info from their Outlook and it didn't work. Sometimes you have to use Domain host SMTP, sometimes ISP SMTP, depends on whoever is finicky. Can you give more Details? Yahoo, GMail, Exchange, Private email server?

About more details on scan to email for my client server used is 'lotus'. Does scan to email worked on lotus help me pls. What i need to do. ordinary when i connect its ok on exchange server. on lotus i dont known HeLp me. network setting ok Example Set IP, GATEWAY, DNS address, On transfer file set smtp server ip address administrator email address, auto send to on.

I don't know anything about Lotus. I figured that was dead and gone. But needless to say it shouldn't matter, The PDF attached above should be of great help. Log into the copier via its IP address on the network and verify settings of DNS, Gateway, Subnet, Then check the Email Link. You will see more options than on the Copier Screen for email setup.
