Tried to review this in the Svc manual, but unable to find the key panel sequence to find out what the "error code " is locking-out the serviceability of this copier. Call for Service is on the screen, and not able to locate what to do to determine the cause of this message..Any assistance is appreciated,Thanks,Steve

Can you confirm the model, I can't seem to locate a Savin 2065 in my docs -is that the same as a 9965? On the more recent generation of mfp's, Service Lockout is a function of the administrator management (System Settings/administrator tools). You'll need to login to user tools with whatever is setup for login/password (default = admin/'no password')- then disable the service lockout. It's the key ops responsibility to be available and log you in when necessary. I've never seen this employed anywhere but imagine anyone with high security needs would enable it.Last edited by teebee1234; 07-09-2010, 01:38 AM. -
I looked over the Copier
The unit does not have any identifying info except :
1. toner bottle fitments states for use on 2155/2065.
2.Label on side 4075 SP/Dsm 675
SP/D175
Aficio 2075 SP
This is the only characteristics I found other than I assume, the Serial number of the unit,This was a purchased "used" Copier from a company that gone out of business......no documentation,Thanks,SteveComment

The copier is a Ricoh 2075 and the Savin Model is 4075.
Is it saying : SC---, call for service? what is the error code? The sequence for clearing the code depends on the code, itself.
Press the yellow clear modes button
Key in :107
Press and hold the red stop/clear button until the touch screen changes.
Touch where it says Copy SP
Power it off with the switch on the fron of the copier under the plastic cover.
Wait 15 seconds, and power it back on.
The service manual will have the SC codes.Comment
