Lanier PPDM - Please wait issue

Hi All,

Just hoping someone could help me out.

I'm trying to install PPDM onto a Lanier MFD (MPC2500) and it seems to gone without issue. However, when i press the "Other Functions" key, PPDM loads and then just indicates "Please Wait"on the screen... I can see the "Login" button but it is grey-out due to the program still loading.

The PPDM Administrator Tool indicates that PPDM is installed, that there is a VM Card etc.

BTW, it is loaded on a Windows 7 PC... Could that be the problem? I've just read the other posts and it maybe.. confirmation would be nice.

So anyone with any suggestions could you please forward it this way.

Update.. I turned off the windows firewall for both private, domain and public and it manages to correctly display the PPDM software...

Now, I can choose my workflows, scan profiles and the folders that the scans are to go into but, my scans do not show up anywhere.. it indicates that the MFD is storing to Disk but i cannot find them anywhere.

UPDATE: I just noticed that when it was indicating "Saving on local disk", there was an error flashing in the top left hand corner indicating "Internal Error. Contact your Administrator"...
