Clearing print restrictions

Hi,
Can someone tell me what I need to clear to get rid of the restrictions for printing please? I cleared the password to get in with 5828-074 and am looking at 5801, but not sure which one clears the correct settings.

Are you talking about User Codes, where you have to input a code to perform a function? For that, I think you go into User Tools - System tools - Key Op tools. From there it differs from older machines to newer machines. I believe you would go into Address Book Management and clear the users listed there. If clearing all the users is not what you want, from this same menu, you can select which functions require user authentication.

I hope this helps, but again, it is a little different from older models to newer models and the only operation manuals I have on my laptop are for the B230 family. If this does not help, then I would suggest downloading the operation manuals for your machine.
