RICOH 3224C changed "Erase Border" value ?

Hi guys, I have problem RICOH 3224C
Now, In SCANNER, that "Erase Border" range value (2mm to 99mm), defualt = "10"mm
    same width "10"
    diff. width "10, "10", "10, "10"

    (1) how to changed defualt value from "10" , to "2"

    (2) how to changed "Erase Border" range value from (2mm to 99mm) to (1mm to 99mm)

    any idea please!

Yes, because when need "Erase Border" that default value = "10"

I need changed that default value to "2" , same

Now, Only goto "Erase Border", and ("-") 9 times , goto = 2

And , do you know if "Erase Border" can support value ="1", because range "2" to "99" mm, NOT "1"

        please!

I don't think you can change default values. They're fixed values in the program of the machine.

I don't believe you can change the minimum value, but you can make something besides the border value =10 as a default.

            • Set the op panel to what you want (erase border value=2 and anything else you may want as default).
            • Select the Program key and save those settings under #10
            • Go into User Tools>Copier/Document Server functions and change "Initial Mode" from "Standard" to "Program 10"
            • Now your default value will be Erase Border=2

As was stated previously, we don't think you can change the default value with the sp modes. But if you program it as I stated, you effectively have the same result.
