Afcio 1027 Ricoh

Hi ! I have Ricoh Afcio model 1027 facing problem such-

Display Panel Hang and the IP ADDRESS MISSING.
Replace New panel Board Machine can work for 2 days then the problem persist back.
What are the possible causes
Also i want to stop the transmission report from every copies that i fax what to do heLp SOS.

I would start looking at the Controller Board, NIB, RAM.
For the fax, user tools, fax settings, you should find what you are looking for.
