I know it is a fan error, but trying to save time here , which one of the three fanscould that bein all likelyhood?
It works for a few days and then gives this error. Cleaned filters already...

For me, it has been the main fan. It is on the right(your right) side of the machine in the back. Part no AX65 0030. Although, i have usually been able to pull one off of a bone yard machine.

Main Fan error. Which one is a bit unclear. I would replace both of them to be sure : A293 1045 and AX65 0030.

while waiting for spare parts you can lube the bearings in the fan with an oil pen so the customer can use the machine...This is a temporarily fix..
