I have an Spc820 where the customer want to print barcode and ocr font's from a citrix based program with pcl 6 universal printer driver (no bit map option). They also have an mpc2800 that have the same controller and printer driver that manage to print barcode and ocr font's from the same program that spc820 is printing from..The only difference is that the copier has an hdd and the printer don't. I know there is an ocr/barcode font sd card option for this printer when there is none hdd present. We have now a hdd kit for the printer in order, but we still dont know if that will solve the problem.. anyone with knowlegde??
edit: have now finally solved the problem. Installed a pcl 6 driver locally on the work station and managed to print true the citrix system with a local driver. installing a hdd had no effect on the font problems...
