    How to reset administrator password for Gestetner SPC 232?

    Hi

    i have a client that has ccopier Gestetner SPC232.
    Can someone tell me how to reset administrator password? the problem is that the client has forgotten password. help pls.

      providing this machine is connected to a network go to a computer and open a web browser and enter in the IP address or host name of the machine into the address bar. Once the web image monitor page loads hit the login button in the top right and enter in supervisor with no password and you should be able to change the password there.

              This is the device made by Brother, not Ricoh- doesn't utilize our standard Service modes. What Administrator password are you referencing?
