These models were notorious for laser issues (more so the 450). Attached are a couple of tech bulletins that may help you. I don't see many of these anymore, but I had the luxury of access to the warehouse that I could usually pull a laser unit from another unit that was turned in for trade in or damaged.
As far as the one with the memory clear, if you reinput the settings from the birth certificate (if available), you should be alright. Otherwise do the laser beam pitch adjustment (attached).

Thanks for the fast and dedicated response.
I will follow the procedures of the bulletins ( some ones again , others for the first time) , wish me luck.

If the laser are invisible , how can I adjust the position of the laser diode unit to hit the sync sensor ? Can I take some read to have some reference ? (with an multimeter or oscilloscope)

I too have a place to change my LD unit for a repaired one , but is expensive and far from where I live , that's why my interest to repair it by myself

The Laser Beam Pitch adjustment is what will align the laser (the test patterns will indicate that it is aligned), but if the sync detector is out of alignment (as per the tech bulletin) then you may not be able to adjust it. In most cases it should work fine.
