Aficio 2035 SC541

Hi, I have a call on a 2035 Ricoh that has a SC541 code. Can anyone tell me if this is the correct reset sequence? Press "clear modes", 1, 0, 7, then press and hold the "stop" key until you enter service mode. Then cycle power. The customer has a second machine that is not networked that I can rob a fuser out of. But before I go out I would like to know the correct way to reset it. Thanks. Scott

Thanks Jeff. The fuser was fine, The lockdown screw was missing and the fuser was floating around but not secured. I tested it and secured it and cleared the code. Thanks to you I looked professional as I try to do. Scott
