    [Misc] RICOH Web Image Monitor (MP/MPc range)

    When using user codes is it possible to see the total count per user through the Web browser? I've been all over it but can't find it anywhere.. All I can find is the total counter. The administrator is remote to site so it would be really useful!!

      This I would interesting to hear a reply from some of the guys. As far as I know I've NEVER Seen it available via the Web Image Monitor. I WISH It was, but I don't think it is.

              If your logged in as administrator, select the "job" tab on the left. It will then let you review a history of each machine function. It may not automatically give you a TOTAL sum of jobs completed by user name, but it will list all jobs done by users and the document count. You could add them up manually.

                      I agree. Smart Device Monitor to me is a clunky and poorly designed software and I only know one customer that uses it out of our base.
