C2500 missing touch screen calibration

Hello, mates!

One of our C2500 is missing the touch screen calibration. We calibrate it and the next day it is totally decalibrated. Do you know can I fix this? Do you think that is an issue with the touch screen and I need to replace it?

Yes there are bulletins on the touch screens. A TON were defective they have a new part number now.

CAUSE:
The adhesive that binds the electrodes to the touch panel surface contains a polymer that tends to expand
under normal office environmental conditions.
SOLUTION:
The adhesive has been changed to one that will not expand under a standard office environment. A new
Touch Panel is available as a no charge spare part B2231484

It is no charge if your machine is in the serial number of effected machines. Supposedly dealers were shipped new screens. I personally think they didn't widen the scope of their serial numbers. We didn't get new screens, but we've replaced about 4 so far.

Maybe is related. But i'm asking to be sure before change it. We already had change one on another mf but in that case it was dead!

Change the screen, the affected models are poping up all over the place and not yet had a fail fix feom changing.
