MP9000 Weekly Timer Greyed Out

I am unable to turn on the Weekly Timer on this Toshiba/ Ricoh MP9000 copier.

From the Control Panel

Admin Tools
Timer Settings
Weekly Timer Code
Off (Greyed Out)

Any idea why the Off button is greyed out so that I can change it to On.

Possible the auto off feature (AOF) has been disabled.
