hi guyz,problem with this mcn serviced the toner collect area n sensor but the code reappears after
20000 copies,is there a permanent solution with this prob. or a modification,please help!!

If you haven't already, remove the collection tube that goes to the transfer unit. Pull the auger out and clean it out well. It sounds like it's getting clogged. This is usually the culprit.

I always pull and clean both of the toner outlet sub units and the sensors. The toner collects in there and dries out.
