    Ricoh Aficio 180 Code SC402

    Went to a 180 and looked at the fuser section for a customer-Tok it out to see its condition and reassembled,wiped off Transfer roller and cleaned area-Plugged Copier back in and made a few copies- then Opened the side door and closed -then code SC402 shows up-Transfer roller arcing out error-It was cleaned and I still get the code-Cannot even access service mode. Help!

      If you have been working on the transfer unit I would suggest you did not return it to its correct position. Easy Done !

          The Machine came back to life after sitting overnight.....I must of used too much Alcohol cleaning the assembly......works fine now!
