    3245c colour reg/LPA issue

Hello chaps, hope some one can help me with this f(*&^er of a machine. No error codes just colour reg wildly off when copy or print, when I do ACC the colour bars are all over the place. Now, I've cleaned the ITB rollers and the belt, ID sensors, the pcu's are all quite new. When I do a forced line pos adjustment it fails and the result is displayed as 070707,
I've seen what it says in the manual but it's all to no avail. can anybody help please!
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

If it is really far off, usually you have to do the manual adjustment to get it close enough for auto color registration to even be able to read and adjust it. Sometimes you can get lucky and do the auto several times in a row and it will finally correct.

yes, you have to change the values in sp mode. This question is discuss in many treads.
        Try this one:

you have a bulletin service to download. guide your actions exactly like the bulletin service said.

Did all that was suggested in the TB and in the thread, followed manual and still no joy. I've ordered an ITB belt hope that fixes it. All sp's are set to birth cert but lpa result is still 070707. Any other ideas please?

Replace the Transfer Belt and follow instructions in the attached document. You'll maybe have to do a little manual adjustment. This document has helped me numerous times.

Thanks for this Eric, I followed the instructions and it worked- until today. The problem now is the sub scan is out/skewed at the bottom of the page. The top and middle of the page are fine but the bottom of the page is off bt about 1.4mm, particularly cyan. Now I've been thru all the tech stuff and the manual, replaced the itb belt and pcu's. Still got a faulty reading off lpa-help!!!tia
