Need help...Ricoh CL 7200(Jupiter P4)

Hello,

We have color printer machine model CL 7200 that having print quality problem, the image was so misaligned espacially the color CYAN, we already tried to do line position adjusment on SP mode and calibrate color registration but still the print output was very bad.

The print out was blurred and like some shadow, we also do memory clear and put back the non-default setting then calibrate line position but still the problem still the same.

Any idea or what other procedure you will recommend on how to solved this problem is highly appreciated.

Does it actually PASS line position adjustment, or fail? It could be a problem with your transfer unit, among a few things. If possible, attach an image of the print to a post so we can see it. By the way, doing a memory clear on this piece of equipment should be a last resort act.

Memory All Clear on a color printer/mfp is almost never a good idea.
