I have a client touch panel dont worked. I need to calibrate the panel & its worked but its intermitance. For that i need to order a new Touch panel & need part number.

Don't you get them for free?
We get I for every copier we have bought from Ricoh. I only change a touch screen panel every second week or so.
But they all seem to fail in the end, so we were told to change all panels. But I don't have time at the moment.

I had the same problem I updated the LCDC firmware and problem solved.
