How do you adjust the sensitivity of the touchscreen/touchpanel? Any suggestions are much appreciated!

No sensitivity adjustment that I know of. Calibration only covers touch reference points. Keeping the screen clean seems to help a little. If it's getting to the point of not recognizing finger pressure you may have to replace the touch screen.

Odd for a Russian's touch screen to fail. Is it a sensitivity or a calibration issue? Do you have a customer that uses a hammer to select the trays?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.
