[Jamming] Aficio 1232C, Z folds and jams at registration

Cleaned the reg roller, blew sensors and inspected registration area. All looks good. Machine has 100K on it and I am not certain of where or what is the paper loop adj on this machine if any. Any expertise to lend is appreciated

7507 will give you the history of the jam locations and 5804-11 is the output check for the reg clutch

7507 shows the last ten all to be 063 jams.

Also you can turn on the fuser motor and the reg clutch to see if the roller is turning.

Most clutches I have seen tend to be intermittant, so they generally work in the output modes.

I think its a pretty good chance one of them is knackerd so Id just replace them. Think there is 3 from memory.

replace both registration clutch and relay clutch right below it.
