    aficio MPC 2500 touch screen problem

    Hi,

    I have problem with precisely fix the icon on touch screen i need to made calibrate can any one give me help how to calibrate touch screen panel

        yellow button > 1993 > clear/stop button(the red one) 5x press and you'll see menu's. then press # button beside (number 0 button). get a pointed tool, press little circle appear on upper left portion of the screen using any pointed tool then press the other one below right portion of the screen and test some area of screen, if you press it should be markedr on the screen where you press it.
        then press OK and exit, reboot the machine and test again.

        If the calibration is failed replace touch panel.

          And be aware...there is a bulletin relating to the LCD.
          If you have to recalibrate the screen more than a couple of times within a week then replace the LCD screen....RICOH pick up the tab for this.

            Fitted one today!!

            B2239900 (I think all regions use the same panel?)
