Sometimes I see some machines showed message " Net BIOS name already in use (108) contact administrator " .
What cause of this ? how do I get rid of it ?

Hard to believe you are seeing the Netbios Name already in use on a copier. All the Ricoh, Savin, Gestetner, Lanier, etc machines plus any networked thing on a network has a netbios name. It's just the things name on the network. It sounds like the IT staff or someone has named all the Copiers with the same name. For example most Savin machines have names such as RNPCB2F07, RNP74871D, and on and on. These can be renamed.
User Tools, System Settings, Interface Settings, Next, Machine Name. It can also be done via the Web Image Monitor, configuration, and system.
